that fits your life!
What if you could quit social media for a year and double your sales in your business?
OR what if you could stay ON social media this next year but quit comparing your business, your stuff, your relationships and your life to those of other people? Ugh yes please!
What if social media could be the cherry on top of your marketing sundae – meaning it’s just one piece of your overall marketing plan. Without adding more hours to your workload and instead give you more time, more satisfaction and more joy in everyday?!
Hi I’m Shanna Skidmore (but you probably know that already! 💁🏻) and last March I quit social media for 18 months!
For 18 months I studied marketing trends, social psychology and mental well-being as an entrepreneur and figured out a way to approach social media that is not only effective for my business but healthy for ME. Yes me, the actual human-being behind the business!
After eighteen months I’m sharing it ALL! The ups, the downs and all the discoveries in between.
If you’re trying to grow a business but struggle from time to time trying to win the social media game, you are not alone. Since coming back after being social media free I approach marketing differently now with five strategies I believe could help you grow your company on or off the grid.
I’ve been gone 18 months but my mission hasn’t and will never change : I want to encourage you. Then I want to equip you. And then I want to EMPOWER YOU.
I don’t care about you building a six-figure business. I care about you building a wildly fulfilling life fueled by a wildly successful business. That is going to look differently for each and every one of you.
If you’re curious about my time off social media and have a specific question you’re dying to know, take a minute to post it in the comments below OR if you prefer to stay anonymous email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line “Social Media Free Experiment”
"I have my cash flow plan beside me and I have been up sixty freaking percent this whole year simply by planning ahead for slow months and all the sudden the money is there. What! You are brilliant and I am so grateful for you and the way you love us and take care of our hearts and just are YOU! I sometimes feel like that 2nd grade kid who’s like, “Teacher! Look - I did my homework!”
