For 18 months I studied marketing trends, social psychology and mental well-being as an entrepreneur and figured out a way to approach social media that is not only effective for my business but healthy for ME. Yes me, the actual human-being behind the business!
After eighteen months I’m sharing it ALL! The ups, the downs and all the discoveries in between.
