After two years of Blueprint Retreat under my belt, I was really longing to do something outdoors and therefore needed warmer weather.

Sitting at a desk for two days straight can be tiring—especially with all the soul-searching, deep-dive questions that come along with annual planning. So I decided for the third Blueprint Retreat we would move the date to November and a warmer location!

South Carolina was a perfect fit and finding a boutique inn off the beaten path felt like the perfect setting for our third retreat.

Anchorage 1770 was a newly renovated boutique inn located in Beaufort, SC. Kyle and I found this gem while we were living just under an hour away from Beaufort in Savannah, Georgia. I went for a site visit and knew we HAD to make this location work.

Since Anchorage is a boutique inn I did have to limit the group size to 15, but this small intimate setting was perfect. It was so fun to bring attendees to explore this small town and all its hidden gem qualities.

We kayaked and watched the sunrise and it was the perfect combination of diving deep along with outdoor activity.

This year we also added creative breakout sessions which was such a fun way to process all the classroom curriculum while doing some arts and crafts!

Annual planning is a time to get “out of your business to work on your business”. That is the core mission behind every Blueprint live event. These events are hosted in November to provide space to dream big and make actionable plans for the upcoming year! It’s such a special time. I would love to have you join us at an upcoming event!
