It’s that time of year… gifting season is upon us & I’m so excited to kick it off with my 2023 small business gift guide. It’s no surprise that I have a special place in my heart for small business owners. It’s why I do what I do everyday, to help others make their dreams of owning a business a reality.
Owning and running a small business is not for the faint of heart, I know I don’t have to tell you that since I imagine most of you reading own a business yourself (or are dreaming of doing so).
That’s why I am so excited to round up a few of my favorite things from small business owners around the world for this year’s small business gift guide. While I do not have the honor of working with all of these companies, many of them I have met through my programs, podcast, or working 1:1 together.
I hope some of their goods make it under your Christmas tree this year!
Custom Cutting Board : Swooning over this custom cutting board by my student Leah E Moss. Crafted out of maple & engraved with your loved one’s signature recipe, this is such a thoughtful gift. Learn more about Leah’s story here!

Filled with holidays & sweet illustrations, this is such a fun way to brighten someone’s year. Because who doesn’t want a reminder to celebrate the little things (like ice cream for breakfast day)? You can read more of Kait’s story in our “money makeover” student spotlight series.
